Working with the community to develop and represent a continuously evolving vision for the McLean Community Business Center

About the MPC

The MPC guides the planning process to ensure it is in line with the vision for the McLean Community Business Center (CBC) and serves as a representative forum for discussion, decision making and consensus building.

The MPC works closely with the office of the Dranesville District Supervisor, the Fairfax County Office of Community Revitalization and Reinvestment, and other County agencies to advocate conformance with the Fairfax County Comprehensive Plan, zoning ordinances, the McLean CBC Design Standards, and County revitalization goals.

The  McLean CBC, also known as the McLean Commercial Revitalization District (CRD), is centered at the intersection of Chain Bridge Road,  Dolly Madison Boulevard, and Old Dominion Drive. See the following link for maps of the CRD: http://www.fcrevit.org/mclean/maps.htm
